Lokodi Chef’s Rigóder sausage

The Lokodi famliar ancestry is rooted to Rigóder, a part of that city that’s name has never been truly revealed. Living there a relative had a recipe for a dish with sage and smoked ham. This sausage is a memento for this meal and the native sage of the valey of the Rigóder. As the ham cannot miss the company of the good stout(from Pécs) it is also used to season the product.
